YSWN works as an agency of experts that provides:
- Skill-based training services to budding social workers using in-house developed content, tools and techniques – via both online and offline formats
- Upskilling training of trainers of the development sector, and other similar teams/institutions
- Sensitization and exposure-based training services to school/college students and/or teachers

Earn
To deliver the various training and development programmes, YSWN works as a community of trained social workers, experts, and training facilitators. You can earn with us by becoming one of our cabinet members of trainers & facilitators. As a cabinet, we may conduct training sessions for school students, educators, development sector professionals, social work students, and such.
